Ambassador Sareer received His Excellency Dr. Abdul Qadir bin Ahmed Almashhor, Advisor to H.E. the Secretary General of the Muslim World League at the Embassy of Maldives in Riyadh, on 28th November 2024. Discussions centered on Muslim World League support to strengthen Maldives Islamic traditions and towards enhancing Maldives and Saudi relations.

Ambassador Sareer paid a courtesy call on Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs, H.E. His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, on 8th December 2024. Ambassador and Deputy Minister exchanged views on close coordination between Maldives and Saudi Arabia in the United Nations and other international organizations.

H.E Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, Minister of Foreign Affairs visited Embassy of Maldives in Riyadh on November 10th,2024 during his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attend Arab Islamic Summit 2024. Foreign Minister was welcomed by Ambassador and staff of the Embassy.
