Minister of Climate Change, Environment and Energy H.E. Thoriq Ibrahim visited Embassy of Maldives in Riyadh during his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attend the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification Conference of Parties16 (UNCCD COP16) . Minister was welcomed by Ambassador Ahmed Sareer and staff of Maldives Embassy in Riyadh.
Ambassador Sareer paid a courtesy call on Minister of Islamic Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh on December 12th, 2024. Maldives highly values the strong support of Saudi Arabia in the work of the Islamic Dawah through Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
