H.E. Ahmed Sareer, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Maldives, made a courtesy call on H.E Ambassador Jasem Mohamed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council, on Tuesday, 17 December 2024.

Maldives enjoys cordial relations with the 6 GCC member countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

H.E. Mr. Ahmed Sareer, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Maldives, made a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Dya-Eddine Said Bamakhrama, the Ambassador of Djibouti and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Riyadh, on Wednesday, 20 November 2024. 

H.E. Mr. Ahmed Sareer, the Ambassador-designate of Maldives to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, presented a copy of his credentials to Deputy Minister for Protocol Affairs, H.E. Abdulmajeed Al-Smari, on 10 November 2024.
